The 1636 Heritage Partnership awarded grant by the CT State Historic Preservation Office!

The State Historic Preservation Office (SHPO) administers a range of federal and state programs that identify, register, and protect buildings, sites, structures, districts, and objects that comprise Connecticut's cultural heritage.

On November 4, 2020, The 1636 Heritage Partnership was announced as a recipient of the Survey and Planning Grant! This grant will help to address the disrepair of areas of the original 1807 plaster ceiling within the Meeting House.
